Terms of Service
Effective October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of Orgenix at orgenix.ai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Orgenix for an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Orgenix is in beta. We are still building it, things will change, and some things will break. These terms say plainly what we do and what we don't promise.
The service
Orgenix provides an AI software team that plans, designs, builds, and reviews software. The team works either with Orgenix's own AI agents, which run in sandboxes Orgenix operates and are paid for from your AI credits, or with your own agents on your own AI keys.
Orgenix can also host the apps it builds for you (see “Hosting your app” below). Features change as the product develops, and some are offered as previews.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at t@orgenix.ai if you suspect someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content and code
You own what you put into Orgenix and the code and documents the team produces for you. You give us permission to use that content only to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Your code lives in a GitHub repository. For a project connected to your GitHub, that is your own repository. For a free project with nothing connected, it is a private repository Orgenix keeps for you in a GitHub organization we run; the code is still yours, and you can ask us through Help & support to hand the repository over to your GitHub account.
You confirm you have the rights to the repositories and content you connect.
AI output
The team's work is produced with AI models and can contain mistakes, including security and privacy mistakes. Review it before relying on it, especially before releasing it to your users. You decide what gets merged and shipped, and you are responsible for the apps you release.
Acceptable use
Do not use Orgenix, or an app Orgenix hosts for you, to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- build malware or attack systems you are not authorized to test;
- send spam or mail people who did not ask for it;
- interfere with the service or get around its limits;
- resell access without our written agreement.
Orgenix's agents and hosted apps use AI models from Anthropic and Google, so you must also follow Anthropic's Usage Policy and Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. We may suspend accounts and pause apps that break these rules.
Plans and payment
Plans and add-ons are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page. They renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal. Except where the law requires, fees already paid are not refunded.
AI credits
When Orgenix's agents work for you, or an app Orgenix hosts for you calls AI, the AI is paid from prepaid credits you buy. We charge credits at what the AI costs us plus 15%, and Plan & usage shows every charge.
- Credits expire 12 months after you buy them.
- Credits can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires.
- A monthly spending limit of $200 applies until you change it in Plan & usage. When you reach it, paid AI work stops until the next month or until you raise the limit.
- If a run fails because of a problem on Orgenix's side, we credit back what it cost you. If you think we missed one, tell us through Help & support.
Hosting your app
You can have Orgenix host an app it built for you. Hosting is $20 a month per app, billed through Stripe as its own subscription, and the first month is free. You can stop hosting at any time.
Orgenix runs the app for you on accounts we control: each app gets its own Supabase project (its database, sign-in, and file storage) and its own Vercel project (where it runs). The app's email is sent from apps.orgenix.ai. When the app calls AI, it goes through an Orgenix gateway and is charged to your credits at cost plus 15%, up to a monthly cap per app ($20 unless changed); past the cap, or without credit, the app's AI requests are refused.
Your app's users and what it does with their data are your responsibility. You need to tell them what the app collects, for example in your own privacy policy. We handle that data only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
During the beta we don't promise any level of uptime for hosted apps, and we may change how hosting works with notice.
When hosting ends
An app is paused, not deleted straight away, when you stop hosting, when the free period ends without payment, or when a payment stays unpaid for 7 days after it was due. A paused app is offline, and its data is kept.
- We email you when the app pauses, and again 23 and 29 days after.
- While it is paused you can resume hosting, or export the app's data.
- 30 days after it paused, we delete the app and all of its data, including its database, users, and files. This can't be undone.
The app's code is not deleted: it stays in its GitHub repository.
Third-party services
Orgenix works with services such as GitHub, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Google Cloud, and Anthropic. Your use of GitHub and Stripe is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services, but we will tell you when one affects your work.
Ending your use
You can stop using Orgenix at any time and erase your account. Erasing it deletes the account, its personal data, and its hosted apps with their data as soon as you confirm; it can't be undone. Unused credits are lost. Code in your own GitHub repositories stays there.
We may end your account if you don't pay or you break these terms, and we will tell you why when we can. You lose access, and the account is retired at the end of the period you have already paid for, without further charges. For serious abuse or a chargeback we may end the subscription at once, without a refund.
Disclaimers and liability
The service, including hosting, is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, Orgenix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Orgenix means you accept the new terms.
